Customer Service Technician

We are looking for a Customer Service Technician for our Supply Chain Management department in Maia. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with agreements established between Frulact and the customer, immediately alerting any non-compliance prices, incoterms, earnings, etc.;
  • Keep the informatic system with the client data updated and the products according indications of the Commercial department and R&D;
  • Monitor, correct and guarantee sales forecast information updated in the system;
  • Supply coordination with your intervention ensuring that the contribution of the remaining areas of the supply chain (Procurement, Purchasing, R&D, Production, Quality) is focused on customer response;
  • Keeping the customer updated on all the processes related to the supply plan;
  • Insertion and monitoring of customer complaints and their intervention ensure their closure and response to the customer in a timely manner;
  • Inform the commercial manager of supply failures;
  • Reception and launch of orders in an internal software;
  • Change orders by classifying the respective reasons;
  • Issuing invoices and other documents related to Frulact's commercial transactions, namely the respective support to export processes;
  • Proceed to the customer service file.

 

PROFILE

  • Secondary school/mandatory education;
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in similar functions;
  • Good communication skills in German (English is a plus);
  • Basic knowledge in SAP (is a plus);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Proactive, resilient and a team player.
